Context of the job opening Unlimitail is the Joint Venture between Carrefour Group and Publicis Group with the goal to become the leader of the retail media market in Europe and LATAM. By bringing together the power of Carrefour Links instore and ecommerce assets and traffic combined with Publicis Citrus Ad and Epsilon on site and offsite retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in store and digital channels. Mission: As an intern at Unlimitail, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of FP&A and treasury management, for the area covered (Brazil, Argentina), in line with national financial policy and local regulations. Reporting to the FP&A Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of financial procedures regarding planning, forecast and treasury, as well as additional support on activities related to business improvements, in collaboration with global FP&A team and other local teams. Main Activities: Financial Analysis ? Assist in the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). ? Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and insights. ? Support in assessing the financial impact of business decisions and initiatives. ? Develop analysis requested from FP&A Global team. Monitoring, Budgeting and Forecasting: ? Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. ? Work with all company to gather relevant information for budgeting, actuals analysis and forecasting purposes. ? Monitor actuals and budget performance and highlight any significant deviations. ? Help team from Holding to consolidate and analyse submitted monthly information. Data Management: ? Maintain and organize financial data in spreadsheets and financial planning tools. ? Build and treat databases from scratch, assisting in the integration and validation of data from various sources. ? Contribute to the improvement of data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Ad Hoc Analysis: ? Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support management decision-making. ? Collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights for specific projects. B.P.O. Collaboration: ? Work closely with accounting, taxes, and treasury departments from B.P.O. ensuring accurate operation. ? Support on procedures of accounts payables (Purchase Order creation), accounts receivables (Sales Order creation), and Providers and Customers registration. ? Measure and validate monthly SLA performance. ? Help on month closing process. Skills Required: ? Current enrollment in a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Advanced English ? Strong analytical and quantitative skills. ? Knowledge in Microsoft Excel. ? Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. ? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Profile: ? Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to the Latam retail market: Proficiency - Portuguese and English and Advanced – Spanish ? Understanding of basic accounting principles. ? Previous internship or coursework in finance or FP&A. ? Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. ? Familiarity with ERP.
