About the role
We are seeking a specialized Telegram User Acquisition Manager to drive subscriptions for our web-based products across three brands within our holding company. We are specifically looking for a professional with extensive experience in Telegram advertising, as we value the depth of expertise that comes from long-term focus on a single platform. This role requires mastery of Telegram's unique features and advertising capabilities to effectively attract and convert subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
ROI Maximization:
Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) on Telegram
Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency
Data Analysis and Insights:
Conduct in-depth analysis of Telegram campaign performance metrics
Collaborate closely with the data team to leverage reports and data tools
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and tactical decisions
Campaign Structure and Optimization:
Design and implement optimal campaign structures on Telegram
Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
Telegram-Focused Management:
Oversee and optimize user acquisition efforts exclusively on Telegram
Allocate budget effectively based on performance and potential
Stay updated on Telegram platform changes and new features, adjusting strategies accordingly
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with leadership to establish clear acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets for Telegram campaigns
Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives
Continuously adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, Telegram platform updates, and best practices in user acquisition
Identify and evaluate new acquisition methods within Telegram
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with the data team to leverage insights and improve decision-making
Collaborate with creative producers to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals
Work with other teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure cohesive user acquisition efforts
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products
Proven track record in Telegram advertising at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
Platform Expertise:
Deep understanding of Telegram's advertising platform and features
Extensive experience driving leads and conversions through Telegram ads
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques, particularly those relevant to Telegram
Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization within Telegram's ecosystem
Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions
Strategic Thinking:
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations
Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach
Capable of developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies
Project Management:
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously
Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location
