We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.What you'll doCraft User-Centric Content: Create, design, and test user assistance content like UI texts, documentation, and in-app help content that guides users, reduces friction, and empowers them.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience, exchanging feedback on content structure, interaction design, and assistance needs.Maintain Content Quality: Regularly audit and update content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving product features and business goals.Champion Content Best Practices: Advocate for and implement content standards and best practices across the product team.The RoleAs a User Assistance Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP Ariba (Procurement) applying agile principles to ensure timely delivery of relevant User Assistance deliverables. You'll work on multimodal delivery (videos, interactive graphics, etc.) and in-app help (SAP Companion and WalkMe) and are encouraged to use AI technology.What you bringExperience in content design, UX writing, and user assistance is a plus, as well as a strong ability to simplify complex information.Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and user-centric content.Ideally first-language proficiency in English or excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with the DITA standard is a plus.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating truly engaging and helpful content to meet our users' needs.Meet your teamWe are a team of diverse colleagues collaborating across countries and time zones to bring the very best in User Assistance to all SAP Ariba users.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
