User Experience Designer
We are currently looking for a Level III/Senior Designer.
The primary project is called Share UI migration, where we need to transition the post-booking page to the Share UI platform by templatising the experience.
This is a great opportunity to enhance our travelers' experience on the page while applying the latest App Shell guidelines and branding updates.
We already have a vision design prepared, so the new hire will be responsible for executing this vision at the modular level, as well as detailing all specifications, including accessibility requirements, for the development handover.
What you'll do:
Strategy & Planning:
Contribute a variety of design solution proposals, articulating how solutions meet user needs, satisfy business goals, and adhere to technical constraints.
Business Acumen:
Design experiences that fulfill customer needs and deliver business value.
Independently develop solutions that integrate an appropriate balance of solving user needs and meeting business requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to uncover opportunities to enhance UX's business impact by observing market trends and reviewing customer feedback.
Analysis:
Synthesize research and test findings to uncover insights.
Apply insights to generate design concepts and inform decisions, working with cross-functional teams to consider user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
Interaction, Visual, & UI Design:
Define how users interact with products by designing and articulating comprehensive end-to-end user flows.
Ensure design solutions are compatible with accessibility technologies (e.g., alt text, captions, screen readers) and include detailed accessibility annotations.
Quickly generate low and high-fidelity designs that describe and clarify complex design challenges or solutions.
Technical Acumen:
Coordinate with developers on constraints, feasibility, and implementation.
Produce polished design specs and annotations for developers, clearly articulating the key technical constraints impacting designs.
Systems Thinking & Execution:
Utilize the design system to scale cohesiveness and brand expression across all product experiences.
Communication:
Facilitate effective discourse, collaboration, and decision-making within and beyond UX.
Develop narratives tailored to respective audiences and disseminate them across appropriate channels to drive consensus.
Conscientiously implementing received feedback.
Who you are:
