We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Web UI/UX Designer We are seeking a talented Web UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based platforms.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences that meet both business and user needs.
The salary range is 2.500 USD to 3,800 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% remote.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a smooth user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for user testing and feedback.
Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across web platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
Ensure all design elements align with the brand's identity and goals.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Work in an agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning and review sessions.
Requirements: Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH Proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically within the web space .
Strong portfolio showcasing web-based design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
