**Job Role Summary**:
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Perform stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and determine research questions;
- Create research plans to communicate objectives, questions, and research methodologies;
- Perform user research via techniques such as user interviews, contextual observations, card sorts, surveys, and participatory workshops;
- Synthesize observations and findings to be shared in the form of reports, personas, scenarios, journey maps, and service blueprints;
- Present and defend research findings in reviews with both internal teams and customers;
- Support organizational design transformation activities to increase awareness of research best practices and provide periodic training in basic research practices.
UX DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design site maps, wireframes, prototypes, visual comps, and design specifications based on user research findings and recommendations
- Present and defend design decisions in design reviews with both internal teams and customers
- Participate in user research and usability testing activities to gain insights into user needs and formulate preliminary design approaches
- Support organizational design transformation activities to increase awareness of design practices and provide periodic training in basic interaction design methods
