The role:
Bring foundational insight, new product ideas, and rapid user feedback into our product development processes
Identifies and advocates for solving critical customer problems, discovers strategy-driving insights
Participate at all stages of product development.
This includes driving generative research that pushes our foundational understanding of ourmerchant partners and consumers
Concept testing, and establishing processes and best practices for usability testing

**Requirements**:
Advanced English level, professional Portuguese
3- years of research experience with a track record of working with nimble teams, in a high-growth environment
Strong communication and collaboration skill
Opinionated about research processes and adept at setting up the infrastructure to enable broad participation in research
Comfort with an iterative process that is responsive to business constraints
