The Quest: Play a UX design role across a portfolio of world-class games for diverse platforms and genres.Create empathy maps, player journeys, feature flows, wireframes, click-through prototypes, and more.Use UX insights to create delightful player experiences through careful crafting of micro-interactions.Leverage heuristics and expert knowledge to identify and resolve usability issues.Write actionable, engaging, and intuitive microcopy.Use iteration, combined with qualitative and quantitative player data, to refine your work.Actively play games and engage with player communities.Be a champion for UX interaction design by sharing knowledge and mentoring. The Skills: 3+ years of experience as a UX designer, or equivalent background.Post-secondary degree or certificate in UX design, or equivalent background.Expert knowledge of interaction design fundamentals.Hands-on experience applying user-centered design process, usability heuristics, and gestalt principles.Ability to create complex feature flows and click-through wireframes prototypes.Proficient English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork.Solid UI and graphic design skills are a plus.Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
