What You'll Bring5+ years of dedicated UX research experience with a track record of impacting user experience strategyProven ability to design and lead a wide range of user research activitiesMastery of usability principles, heuristics, and a nuanced understanding of cognitive biasesComfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the agility to utilize minimal resources effectivelyContinuous engagement with the latest UX research trends and openness to evolving methodologiesStrong leadership qualities with the ability to work autonomously and guide othersYou have experience with research-specific tools such as UserTesting.comThis is not necessary but is a bonus if you have a bachelor's or MS in human behavior-related field
