Business areas: Fintech, Insurance, AI, Healthcare.We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and user flows.Create fast concepts and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and refine design solutions that are both user-friendly and achieve business goals.Strong understanding of branding to be able to stick to the brand style with or without a brand-book. Ensure all design elements, both for the product and website, adhere to a company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.Help a product owner find the best way to get the desired results, such as suggesting where it is better to conduct A/B testing or make a combination of analytics metrics.Stay updated on web design trends and best practices for optimal user engagement and conversion rates.Mandatory requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in product UI/UX design and website design.A strong communicator and problem-solver.Data-driven: You rely on research insights and data to inform design decisions.Experience with conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.A great storyteller: You have excellent communication and presentation skills.At home (and thrive!) in an environment of fast feedback loops and a mindset of rapid prototyping and iteration.Self-organized: It means nobody should ping you with "How's it going?", YOU will be reliable.Optional requirements:Graphic design skills would be beneficial.Solid understanding of marketing best practices and how design can contribute to achieving marketing goals.Experience with Adobe After Effects would be a plus.
