About the role The day-to-day of this professional involves building the foundational experience of our products, connecting with our product squads, gaining diverse insights, and integrating these to create a single, consistent, efficient, and structured user experience.
You will work directly with the business, technology, and implementation teams, exercising autonomy while breaking down silos through a user-centered approach.
You will be directly involved in modernizing journeys and applying our experience principles, ensuring that all premises are implemented correctly.
A key component of this role is conducting user research to understand user and industry needs, preferences, and pain points.
You will need a deep dive into industry trends, pains and benchmarks, ensuring that our solutions are competitive and relevant.
You will be responsible for UI/Visual Design: Creating user-friendly interfaces, graphic and digital elements that clearly and accessibly represent Voyager's personality, considering color, composition, typography, iconography, visual hierarchy, language, and movement.
User Research: Gathering and analyzing user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
Conducting an End-to-End Process: from understanding the client's needs, conceptualizing, prototyping, to quality assurance and checklist.
Prototyping: Creating mock-ups and prototypes that clearly communicate how our applications function and look like Information Architecture: organizing and structuring content to make it easily accessible.
Interaction Design: creating engaging and functional interactions between users and our applications and interfaces, making sure interactions are intuitive, efficient, and user-centered.
