Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions that meet project requirements and timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively present and justify design decisions to diverse audiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail in all aspects of UX/UI design projects.
Requirements Industry Background: Knowledge in software development, app development, or projects related to these fields is essential.
Experience Level: Ideally, 10 years of experience is preferred, focusing on quality and portfolio strength.
Geographical Preference: Candidates from Eastern Europe, particularly those who speak Russian, are preferred for communication alignment.
Design Quality: Portfolio should showcase modern, high-quality design work with attention to detail and creativity.
