Who we're looking for We're seeking a tech savvy and creative Web Designer with a strong background in graphic design and web building / implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams, to create and implement visually engaging, high-performing designs. You'll take ownership of creating digital assets and revamping our website, leveraging data insights and maintaining brand alignment across digital channels.
\n What you will doDesign Creation: Craft visually compelling assets for websites, landing pages, and social media, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring accessibility standards.Website Implementation: Deploy and implement designs using web-building platforms such as Wix, Webflow, or SquareSpace, maintaining a seamless and cohesive user experience.User Testing & Performance Analysis: Use tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to track user behavior and performance data, iterating on designs to improve engagement and conversion.Marketing & Sales Collateral: Design and update digital assets to support marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, investments, and sales teams, gathering feedback and ensuring design solutions meet stakeholder expectations.Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to the development of a cohesive brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touch points.Quality Control: Review and refine designs for consistency and accessibility, ensuring the highest standards across all channels. What should my qualifications be?4+ years of experience in graphic or web design, with a portfolio that includes at least 3 web-design projects.2+ years of experience deploying designs through web-building tools such as Wix, Webflow, or SquareSpace.High proficiency in Figma (4Y) with extensive experience designing, prototyping, and iterating ideas quickly using SH feedbackKnowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to read and potentially write code to support customizations.Familiarity with web analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to gather and interpret user insights. Desired but not required Experience in brand identity design and marketing-related projects.Knowledge of illustration, animation, and JavaScript (jQuery or Vanilla).Exposure to agile/lean methodologies and an AB testing mindset.Knowledge of mobile-first design principles and implementation.
