Airswift is seeking an HR Manager to work on a permanent position in Aracruz ES,
in a High technological Shipyard.
This Person will plan and coordinate the activities of the Human Resources and
ADMIN area; Control the organizational climate, aiming to create the conditions
for the company to recruit; to develop; train and motivate the human resources
necessary for its development and growth
MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS (PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES):
Manage the human resources area, planning and developing strategies for
recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, labor and union
relations, expatriates and social work in accordance with legal requirements and
company policies;
Manage; plan; organize and control human resources activities, through the
definition of norms and policies, aimed at providing the company with a qualified
and efficient workforce;
Manage the activities of general services, canteen, transport, reception,
administration of company's apartments, installation of furniture, etc.;
Establish guidelines for the implementation and/or development of training and
development programs, performance evaluation and career plans;
Implement management training and development programs, with a view to ensuring
constant improvement in the performance and motivation of succession human
resources in the various key positions;
Contribute to the definition of the company's remuneration policies, managing the
administration of positions and salaries, aiming to ensure the internal balance
and external competitiveness of the company's remuneration practices;
Participate in the conception of the development of new projects or actions,
involving the humanelement, such as communications, conflict mediation,
monitoring of the organizational climate;
Conduct collective bargaining processes with unions, together with the legal area,
to enter into collective bargaining agreements;
Maintain controls and analytical reports on the evolution of staff and personnel
costs, as well as personnel turnover and other relevant occurrences;
Follow up on labor lawsuits, providing all the information necessary for the
defense, in order to guarantee the company's rights and interests;

Develop and/or participate in salary surveys;
Control payments of administrative expenses;
Prepare the department's budget;
Ensure support to the president, vice-president and CFO;
Report to senior management and support the decision through HR metrics;

maintain good conditions of usage, preserving the culture, standards, safety
procedures, occupational health and environment;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
