The Electrolux Groups Sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business
with our customers, exploring and leverage consumer journeys with focus on
in-store and e-commerce conversion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an LA Product Lead, you will have ownership and responsibility for the assigned
product's evolution, establishing roadmaps, user stories and using technology to
help reach business target and create meaningful experiences.

IN DETAIL, YOU WILL:
- Empresa importante charge of all aspects of the product lifecycle (e. g. design, development,
launch, maintenance), keeping the consumer experience as a first priority;
- Ensure the right prioritization calls are made across the engineering backlogs,
focusing on roadmap and product backlog in order to meet the area's objectives;
- Monitor product perfomance through KPIs and consumer feedback, collecting data
through product analytics;
- Closely collaborate with IT delivery management to ensure product delivery in
line with the aligned roadmap and committed delivery dates;
- Ensureproduct roadmap is relevant to the fast-paced product landscape, working
closely with stakeholders to better understand the end consumer, taking a
data-driven approach to foster continuous optimization;
- Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient
delivery;
- Coordinate business engagement sessions to gather feedback and provide updates
on new features.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean
Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
WHO ARE YOU:
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology or related areas;
- Solid experience within the e-commerce area, working with consumer-facing IT
products;
- Solid experience working with Agile teams as a Product Owner (or in product
management related roles);
- Knowledge of VTEX;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English.
