Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Act as the cost consolidator for portions of the various projects with solid technical knowledge of eBoP (Electrical Balance of Plant) and Control Systems.Knowledge of Hydro Generators also desired;Work in synergy with other functioning areas (i.e.
engineering and sourcing) to find and implement the better cost-benefit for every opportunity.Contact suppliers together with sourcing, based on specifications issued by Engineering, to obtain quotes and discuss possible approaches to a certain solution.Prepare a cost sheet including all costs collected from Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commissioning and Construction;Drive competitive costing with the best Industrial Scheme;Lead all internal players to reach the target cost with critical analysis;Provide financial support for the preparation of cash in/out sheet;Develop references for improvement of the existing database;Read the customer specification;Support to Commercial Leader for understanding the scope of suppliers and partners in order to guarantee the industrial scheme defined;Support in the internal process As Sold led by Commercial Leader in handover meeting with the presentation of costs to OTR team;Preparation of cost sheet based on the best industrial scheme for eBoP, Control System, and Generator.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university;Experience with eBoP and/or Hydro Generators;Previous experience with Costing;Strong oral and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English;Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;Ability to influence others and lead small teams;Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact;Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;Effective problem identification and solution skills;Proven analytical and organizational ability.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:No#J-18808-Ljbffr
