Act as a central figure in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Product, Community, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, and executive management teams to align on and drive key business objectives.
Support the go-to-market sales functions by partnering with various departments to execute business strategies and achieve key results.
Apply expertise in sales methodologies and processes to enhance digital sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.Mandatory Hard Skills4+ years in Sales Administration/Operations;Fluent in English;Graduated in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related areas;Experience with Sales performance, process metrics, and data analysis;Experience with designing processes (BPMN, Lean Methodology);Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies;Experience in supporting the sales team daily regarding new business, systems, processes, and questions (deal desk);Experience with basic Agile methodologies;Solid Process OrientationYou are a process geek, you love designing them, improving them, and continuously working to improve them.
