As a Regulatory Affairs Team Manager, you will provide direct line management to the regulatory affairs analysts team, guiding their development journey and accelerating their upskilling in line with global regulatory affairs strategy. Besides this, you will be part of regulatory affiliate leadership team, assuring strategies and projects are put in place to achieve our regulatory objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs affiliate Head to achieve regulatory affairs objectives, overseeing team performance, development, and training while fostering strong relationships within global regulatory affairs groups.
Ensure appropriate staffing and optimize affiliate regulatory processes, maintaining clear communication and addressing team concerns, and enhance team efficiency and agility.
Act as the leader for transversal topics (audits, inspections, performance, administrative support).
Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies, and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team you manage, which includes the Road Safety Program with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees, and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

About you
An academic degree in health sciences, life sciences, regulatory affairs (e.g., Physician, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, or Scientific background).
Robust experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Experience in regulatory affairs.
Strong knowledge in people management.
Fluent in English.
