What You Will Do:

Support regional and business teams on legal matters.

Provide general advice, such as contract review, among others.

Assist in negotiation of legal subjects (local commercial, corporate, labor, etc).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law

Previous experience with US agreements.

Experience in dealing with issues relating to international businesses.

3+ years of experience in agreements review/negotiation (desirable).

Previous experience with Software Outsourcing companies (desirable).

Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced English level.
