You will play a senior leadership role within BDev Ventures' Partner Services, leading a team of managers who act as the point of contact for existing partners (portfolio companies).
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow with one of the fastest growing companies in the industry!What you'll do: Lead a team of managers to support all BDev Ventures partners.Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite partner executives.Work with our sales, delivery, and human resources teams to ensure that our partners are properly served.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to grow our top portfolio companies.Present to and influence both the company and key partner stakeholders using excellent communication skills.Prepare frequent reviews and reports with financial data.Negotiate/close investments.Here's what we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in a Sales Executive/Client Partner role (or equivalent) in the B2B/SaaS industry.Extensive client relationship management experience, including both closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.Executive-level planning and strategizing skills.Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations.Excellent team management skills.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.Advanced negotiating abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and an advanced level of English.Desirable: Prior investment and venture capital experience (on-site or offshore).Demonstrated experience in a comparable role in a venture capital firm.Previous team-building experience (role definition, staffing strategies, etc.
