Position: Head of Scrum Masters
As a Head of Scrum Masters, shape the agile framework and methodology of our organization, using your extensive experience in Scrum and agile practices. Focus on designing and implementing scalable and effective Scrum frameworks, guiding strategic decisions, and leading teams to adopt innovative agile solutions that meet our long-term project management objectives.
What You Will Do:
Architect and guide the strategic adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
Coach leaders and teams at all levels on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
Assess and enhance Agile maturity at the organizational level.
Develop and implement training and development programs to build Agile capabilities within the organization.
Lead and facilitate large-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
Act as a thought leader in the Agile community, continuously exploring and integrating new Agile trends and best practices.
Here's What We Are Looking For:
8+ years of experience with Scrum Master.
Strong background in software architecture design.
Strong understanding of system security.
In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced level of English.
