The position will report to the local Regional Sales Manager, but in close cooperationwith PAG Individualization department. Key skillsets include considerable automotive knowledge,great communication, distinguished and elegant behavior, passion for details and independentand structured work style. Flexibility of working locations and willingness to travel is alsomandatory for the position. Tasks Main Responsibilities Support and counsel dealers as subject matter expert for all things related to thePorsche personalization & Individualization portfolio (I-Opt. & Exclusive Manufaktur. TEquipment as a plus) Permanent monitoring of Personalization and Individualization main performanceindicators on PBR and Dealer level Support the achievement of local annual I-Opt. and Exclusive Manufaktur sales targets Support Area VIP customers in regards to consultations and Sonderwunsch projects(although the Dealer owns customer relationship, the Personalization andIndividualization Sales Expert assists the process and acts as the link between Dealerand PAG) Manage Paint to Sample quotas/orders and tracking the vehicle progress, in closecooperation with PBR Planning and Ordering teams Develop dealer business plans to identify gaps and maximize I-Opt, and EXC salesopportunities (Definition and monitoring of I-Opt/EXC targets) Ensure deep knowledge of I-Opt. and EXC on dealer personal, by providing training onthe matters and by having a regular dealer visit agenda Provide inputs from Dealers/Customers acquired during visits, events and generalinteractions Further develop the "Exclusive Manufaktur Partner" dealership program, and the"Exclusive ShowCar Concept" (incentive program) among Brazil's Dealership Advancement of knowledge to Sales team members by serving as the Area expert forIndividualization and Personalization topics. Support PBR training events in regards to Personalization and Individualization content Develop and support sales push initiatives for the Individualization and Personalizationbusiness Contribute to the overall Sales targets achievements Additional Responsibilities Create and maintain yearly action plan and goals Complete necessary trainings and attend to necessary events to maintain level ofexpertise Create and maintain current working instructions/process guidelines to support thePersonalization & Individualization business Promote PBR culture and brand message when interacting with co-workers, dealers andcustomers Proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, andactively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitiveinformation in both electronic and non-electronic formats Proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with IT security and Compliance policiesat PBR Handle sensitive customer information Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher) is mandatory, preferably on Engineering or Technology. Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in the automotive business isrequired, with a minimum 3 years experience of interaction with Dealers. Retail and sales experience preferred; high-end, consultative sales experience alsopreferred Strong knowledge of automotive engineering and mechanics. Great knowledge Porschehistory is a plus. Distinct high customer orientation, professional presence and assertiveness Independent work style, self-starter, extremely organized and structured Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to excellence/detail Experience in project management, marketing projects and reporting Ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and internal/external partners Capable of making decisions; often with limited information and/or time Ability to effectively negotiate or mediate difficult situations Understands the intricacies of the retail automobile business Goal oriented, and thrives on competition and challenges Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Functions well under stress and easily adapts to changing scenarios Extensive knowledge of MSOffice, SAP and familiarity with CRM Systems Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Portuguese and Englishlanguages.
