Será o responsável pelo gerenciamento dos varejos para regional MG.
**Responsibilities**:
- Desenvolvimento de ações táticas/estratégicas para os clientes.
- Gestão dos abatimentos dos clientes (investimentos e contratos).
- Assegurar o posicionamento das marcas conforme direcionamento da Bacardi.
- Garantir acuracidade na Previsão de vendas e cumprimento de metas.
- Gerenciamento do P&L dos clientes regionais, assegurando a meta de gross profit.
- Foco no crescimento, cadastro de inovações junto aos clientes e desenvolvimento das contas através da implantação de Joint Business Plan para os clientes.
- Atuará como a voz do cliente dentro da Bacardi facilitando a interface entre os departamentos.
Skills and Experience
- Experiência no gerenciamento e dinâmica dos dos principais varejos em Minas Gerais.
- Conhecimento operacional dos principais KA.
- Alta capacidade de resiliência e visão holística.
- Conhecimento fiscal para vendas.
