**A Day in the Life**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver um plano estratégico para alcançar os objetivos pré-estabelecidos, bem como oportunidades adicionais ao plano e mitigação de riscos;
- Demonstrar o uso adequado dos produtos, bem como, sanar e/ou encaminhar dúvidas técnicas/científicas às áreas competentes;
- Demonstrar alta produtividade de vendas, atingindo a metas e inserindo informações de qualidade nos sistemas de acompanhamento de vendas;
- Realizar atividades de gestão de contratos, propostas, gestão de ativos nas contas;
- Conhecimento de processos de comodato e consignação
- Cumprir os processos e procedimentos designados pela Medtronic, seguindo todas as regras de Compliance da Medtronic;
- Capacidade de construir Business Plan a médio prazo para cada cliente;
- Abertura de novos canais de vendas na região, cumprindo politicas Medtronic
- Demonstrar conhecimento de economia na saúde baseada em valor, adaptando a estratégia do território e identificação de oportunidades;
- Utilizar técnicas de negociação, garantindo a criação e execução de propostas comerciais que geram valor ao cliente.
**Qualificações obrigatórias**:
- Ensino superior completo
- Conhecimento do ambiente hospitalar
- Experiência com produtos de Medical Devices.
Conhecimento na área de Pelvic Health é um diferencial.
- Experiência prévia com vendas diretas
- Bom conhecimento de ferramentas de informática, como Excel, Word, Power Point
- CNH categoria B
- Disponibilidade para 50% do tempo de viagem
- Residir em Fortaleza/CE
**Qualificações desejáveis**:
- Inglês e / ou Espanhol em nível básico
