**What will be your key responsibilities?

Operational Responsibilities - Vendor Data Maintenance**:
- Take primary responsibility for accurately maintaining Vendor Master Data
- Act as central point of contact for all requests regarding vendor creation and maintenance from Commercial and S&F in region
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to users in understanding vendor data systems and processes
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the systems and related processes used in order to drive effectiveness in this area
- Deliver end user awareness and training in the use of the systems and processes to minimize re-work and miscommunication
- Support the production of and publishing of statistics on Vendor volume metrics each period
- Support CVT Manager:
- Driving projects
- Optimizing CVT processes
- Onboarding new employees
- Delegating tasks & managing team's workload

Governance & Communication Responsibilities:_**
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for more junior associates and 3rd party resources
- Produce metrics and KPIs as defined in Service Catalogue
- Own the Commercial Scorecard for their area of responsibility and ensure it is up to date each period
- Support transitions of new businesses and regions
