About the team The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok is a dynamic and diverse group focused on driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America. Responsibilities- Own products GTM and adoption of all of TikTok's branding and performance advertising solutions, in the Brazilian market, for specific verticals.- Become the in-market vertical expert by partnering closely with the sales team to deeply understand customer pain points, vertical needs, and business requirements- Ensure a market-first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical-based recommendations, and scale these across the sales team- Set goals, manage launches, and implement activations to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.- Collaborate with XFN teams to generate full funnel vertical strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, and product recommendations- Develop a sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge- Develop and execute in-market programs and initiatives to grow product adoption and partner with a range of cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution against this strategy- Monitor, research, and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesize market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions- Sales enablement and product training
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above- 3 years of experience in the digital advertising industry.- Product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.- Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and commitment - A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis- Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing . developing GTM plans, activation strategies, and market research that will bring TikTok's advertising products to life- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English Preferred Qualifications:- 3 years of experience with digital marketing / ad-tech products in the eCommerce field, Retail, eCommerce, or Consumer Electronics industry experience- SQL, Data Visualization, and reporting experience- Language: Intermediate Spanish
