Use your creativity, organizational skills, and design expertise to elevate our employer brand while connecting our brand with amazing candidates who share our passion for animals in the veterinary industry.As a Veterinary Recruitment Market Specialist, you will be responsible for:Social Media:Content Creation: Craft eye-catching content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) using Canva and/or other design tools. Design graphics, videos, and posts that showcase our unique culture and career opportunities at BluePearl. Design, implement and maintain multi-channel social, digital, and next generation employer reputation and recruitment marketing strategies to increase employer brand awareness and foster a robust talent pipeline, including leveraging campaigns within the CRM to nurture talent pools.Social Media Strategy: Help develop and execute a stellar social media recruitment marketing strategy. Identify the best platforms and channels to connect with potential candidates.Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor social media campaigns that promote our careers and company culture. Track and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our approach.Community Engagement: Engage with potential candidates and followers on social media. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and build/grow a positive, interactive online community.Design/Content Creation:Design: Use Canva and/or other design tools to create fun and engaging graphics, infographics, and promotional materials that align with our brand standards.Website/Intranet: Ensure the careers website is reflective of our current employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain employer brand content and toolkit on the BluePearl Intranet.Content Library Management: Develop and maintain a library of Canva templates and design assets for various recruitment marketing initiatives. Keep all materials up-to-date and on-brand.Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager, Employer Brand, and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure designs meet strategic goals. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to create materials that support their efforts (, sharing best practices with teammates & stakeholders).Project Management: Support multiple projects as assigned in collaboration with the Manager, Employer Brand and maintain project plans and timelines.General Recruitment Marketing:Employer Branding: Assist the Manager, Employer Brand, in promoting BluePearl as an employer of choice. Help develop assets to support the launch of our new employer value proposition and boost our brand reputation which include innovative campaigns, and processes that strengthen and increase the awareness of BluePearl.Pipeline Generation: Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract the best and most qualified candidates, ensuring a steady and robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Content Development: Curate employee testimonials that showcases BluePearl and our unique brand and help in telling our story.Event Promotion: Promote recruitment events, conferences through social media and other digital channels. Design event-related materials and ensure consistent branding.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key metrics to measure the success of our recruitment marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the Manager, Employer Brand, and suggest improvements based on data.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and recruitment. Recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance our efforts.Administrative:Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for social media and design tools, ensuring we get the most bang for our buck.Compliance: Ensure all social media and marketing activities align with both the BluePearl and Mars Veterinary Health brand standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, advertising, or digital communications.At least 2 years of experience in social media design, digital marketing, recruitment, advertising, and project management.Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation and design, specifically using Canva and/or a similar design platforms.Experience creating social videos and reels.Keen eye for graphics, aesthetics and detail.Outstanding organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines at once.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.Knowledge of recruitment processes and employer branding.Why BluePearl?At BluePearl, we value continuous learning and prioritize the health and well-being of our associates.
