**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps. Ensure the team is on track with their deliverables.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with clients and managers on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure the impact of scope changes is understood and the ramifications are clearly communicated.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the production management processes to increase studio efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a constant awareness of project status. Evaluate project scope and make recommendations to the Creative Director, Art Director, and studio leadership.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Very strong skills in GameMaker.
- Capable of driving a feature by yourself, talking to everyone that's needed to get the job done.
- Should be familiar with performance bottlenecks and ways to resolve them.
- Very strong debugging skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes as per project need.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience as a GameMaker developer.
- A passion for video games.
**Desirable pluses**:
- Involved in the development of at least one large game title from A-Z.
- Experience with mobile and WebGL games.
- Solid technical foundation (e.g. Computer Science / Maths Degree or equivalent).
