You Are An experienced and driven Video Editor professional with experience in producing quality video edits, ideally within the media, entertainment, or sports industry. You are passionate about growth, entrepreneurial in spirit, and able to work in collaboration with a team You Will Edit audio and video for podcast episodes to create high-quality, synchronized video content. Ensure audio clarity, correct sync issues, and enhance sound quality with noise reduction, EQ, and other techniques. Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and transitions for a professional and polished final product. Select impactful or interesting moments from episodes to create shorter video clips for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Tailor clips for specific platform requirements (aspect ratios, length, captioning) and audience engagement. Add dynamic graphics, lower thirds, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience. Create and integrate title cards, branding elements, and background visuals in alignment with the podcast's visual identity Work closely with podcast hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on episode themes, key messages, and desired tone Job Requirements You Have Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with podcast or interview-style content. Skills Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software; familiarity with audio software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus. Strong understanding of sound design, color correction, and basic motion graphics. Excellent attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of editing. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience through a portfolio of past podcast or video editing work.
