The PositionThe main focus of this role is to edit, design, and execute engaging video content for paid social ads for our clients. You'll execute on storyboards that are developed with creative strategists while bringing in art direction and best practices from across the web and social. You will bring a range of skills to the team that includes video ideation, editing, design, animation, ad design, and can lead art direction on projects. The goal of the role is to design high-quality digital assets in a fast pace environment to improve client ROAS goals.The ideal candidate for this position will have a portfolio featuring multiple examples of video editing and motion graphics projects for marketing used across social and web placements. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the latest digital trends and emerging technologies.Required Skills3+ years video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience.Experience producing engaging video content for web and social.A dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in video editing and motion graphicsStrong in Adobe Premiere and or After EffectsExceptional creative and art direction skillsWork collaboratively with the ability to be a thought partner to teams in developing creative concepts.Incredibly detail-oriented (spelling, grammar, mistakes. etc)Open and receptive to creative direction and design feedbackSomeone who works backward on a problem before moving forward towards a solutionUnderstanding of leading social platformsExperience working with eCommerce and DTC brandsResponsibilitiesResearch and understand overall client initiatives/data to accurately convey them through engaging video, motion and animated content.Work with creative briefs to edit and animate social ads for performance advertising using creative storytelling and editing to produce the best possible videosPresent ideas and creative recommendations to develop creative briefsWork on multiple clients' ads creatives each week to build out extensive libraries for each funnel stage for placements such as IG, IG Stories, IG Reels, FB, Twitter, YouTube, and Tik TokAn understanding of the digital content atmosphere, meaning content needs to be fast, smart and attention-grabbing at all timesHave a track record of working with hours of footage and editing it into an engaging videosBringing static designs to life with animating motion GFX to improve storytelling across all client brandsAnimate cinemagraphs, GIFS, and other motion formatsPull stills from videos for thumbnailsCompany OverviewLilo Social is a growth marketing agency focused on on full-funnel marketing delivering best-in-class paid media and creative services for a wide range of eCommerce brands focused on scaling.
