About Us: Flex is a free workout tracking app, with almost 1 million users since our relatively recent launch, that helps gym goers get started and stay motivated.
With features such as social community and leaderboards, we make working out more fun and engaging. We began 6 years ago as a research project with the ambition of creating an AI personal trainer. Now with the patent in our name, as well as plenty of funding from Canada for our innovation, we'll be launching the AI features this year by integrating them into our app.
We strive to create a physically healthier world by making fitness fun, free, and effective for anyone who wants to get into or stay in shape, wherever they are.

Your Role: We are on a mission to level-up our social media game by working with an ultra-talented fitness content editor to help us create viral videos for our TikTok and Instagram channels. 
As a Flex Content Creator, you will create exceptional edits for our TikTok and Instagram accounts based on the footage we provide you, our brand guidelines and overall vision. You will edit videos and add engaging effects. We are looking for a Gen Z marketing expert who has their finger on the pulse on which content is fun and engaging for our quickly growing fitness community.  
Key Responsibilities ?? Ideate funny and edgy gym video concepts every week that are destined to go viral.Edit videos to fit the pace and style specific to our channels (TikTok vs IG Reels). Suggest in-video copy and music. Reliably execute deliverables on-time.  Who You Are ?? You understand gym culture. You should have a strong understanding of gym terminology and culture. Expert TikTok and IG Reel video editor. You understand the pace, effects and edits to create viral content. You understand social.
