As a VIP Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with our most valuable players, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service, tailored experiences, and exclusive benefits.
Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
There will be a combination of strategic work and operational tasks, so a candidate who is comfortable with both is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive VIP program tailored to the needs and preferences of high-value players.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers through personalized communication and exceptional service.
Identify, target, and acquire new VIP customers through strategic outreach and marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the VIP program, including customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for VIP players.
Organize and host exclusive events, promotions, and activities for VIP customers.
Handle VIP customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve the VIP program.
Qualifications
Proven experience in VIP management, customer relationship management, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of the iGaming market and player behavior, particularly within Brazil.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with VIP customers.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of VIP customers.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
