Job Description The VIP (Security) Officer is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe patrolling activity. The role includes preventing loss, theft, and reporting any irregularities or suspicious acts.

Responsibilities: Be present 15 minutes before the Branch opens. Conduct a perimeter patrol before the Branch opens. Check around the premises for any suspicious movements. Conduct a floor walk once the Branch is open. Ensure all observation checks are completed. Patrol inside and outside the Branch entrance and all parking areas. Ensure all two-way radios are fully charged and in good working condition. Use scanners to search all guests entering the Branch. Direct traffic on the premises to ensure free flow. Attend Branch meetings when notified by the Branch Manager. Assist in receiving stock and alarm tests. Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest safety. Ensure compliance with all security protocols. Promote Hollywood values and maintain a professional demeanor. Minimum Requirements: Grade C security certification. 1 – 2 years of security experience. Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority). Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver's license. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
