Fully remote UK time zone Full-time, permanent opportunity £15,000 GBP per year (9,000 BRL per month) Swoop have partnered with a fast growing and dynamic software company who are looking for an equally dynamic an innovative executive assistant to support the Company Directors and develop existing relationships with existing customers.
The successful candidate would support a variety of functions including sales, marketing, development, and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities Manage Communication Channels: Oversee the business's email and chat communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all enquiries.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, making them feel valued and well-supported.
Administration: Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and action items from meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications English Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts and systems rapidly.
Excellent Communication: Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Quick Thinking: Capable of responding swiftly and appropriately within messaging conversations.
Proactive Contributor: Willingness to share ideas and suggest improvements to enhance company efficiency.
Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Gmail Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office tools Experience with SaaS tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, is desirable If you are an experienced business support professional, keen to work in a remote role supporting an exciting UK software company, we encourage you to apply for this role.
