Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English Wage: $12/hour About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a client based in Lisbon who manages a portfolio of 200 properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the property management industry with potential for growth. Initial Responsibilities (2-month trial period) Research potential properties in Lisbon for the client to purchase, using provided criteria Coordinate meetings between the client and property brokers Assist in setting up rental listings for owned properties Future Opportunities Candidates who excel in this role may have the opportunity to take on increased responsibilities and earn higher pay by assisting with property management tasks across the portfolio.
