Bueno Law is a queer immigration law firm assisting the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, and other vulnerable clients in obtaining legal status in the United States.
We are looking for patient, positive, people-loving Customer Service Warriors to join our team.
This is a remote, full-time position with lots of opportunities for growth.
As a Customer Service agent, your main responsibilities would be: Answer the phone and provide world-class customer service to our existing clients; Update clients on the status of their cases via phone and text; Provide knowledgeable answers to clients' questions; Assist the production team with client calls and some interpretation; De-escalate clients who are upset, and gently guide them to a solution.
Make clients feel heard, appreciated, and like true VIPs.
Your position is essential to our client journey, and you get to wow the client!
Qualifications Fluent in English and Portuguese; Excellent communication skills; Excellent phone etiquette; Background in psychology preferred; Being patient; Being kind; Conflict resolution skills; Positive, can-do attitude; Comfortable in conflict situations and able to communicate successfully with clients and the team; Must have reliable internet, noise-cancelling headphones, and a private place to work; No experience is necessary; we will train you!

We offer competitive pay, two weeks of paid vacation, 48 hours of paid sick leave, birthdays off, quarterly performance bonuses, and other perks.
We follow the U.S. paid holiday schedule, and require our team to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST.
