Role Description:
This is a remote role for a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant - (English & Portuguese).
As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, assisting with patient care, and utilizing medical terminology.
You will primarily communicate in Portuguese and English to effectively assist Portuguese-speaking patients.
Qualifications:

Experience with Patient Care and Medical Records
Fluency in Portuguese & English for effective communication
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in a US healthcare setting
Medical Assistant certification or relevant education
Experience with handling Patient Calls, Scheduling Appointments, Follow-Ups, Emails, Faxes, etc.
Experience with maintaining Documentation and Spreadsheets
