Schedule: Part-time: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Key Responsibilities: Order Medical Records: Manage the request and receipt process of medical records from healthcare providers and facilities. Summarize Medical Records: Create concise and accurate summaries for internal review, supporting case evaluations and expert consultations. Organize Medical Records: Develop and maintain an efficient system for filing, bookmarking, and retrieving records for the team. Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Uphold standards for medical and legal compliance, including confidentiality and HIPAA adherence where applicable. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with legal and healthcare teams to streamline processes related to medical documentation. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) or Doctor with relevant experience in medical documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within specified timelines. Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to navigate complex medical records. Language Requirement: Professional fluency in English (C1+ Level proficiency). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with bookmarking and summarizing medical records in digital formats.
