Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Creative, and Advertising to ensure our content not only meets but exceeds the benchmarks we set. What You'll Be Doing:
Content Creation Tasks:
Develop and execute thumb-stopping video content strategies that make viewers say "Wow!"
Create and edit high-quality videos for multiple brands across various platforms
Craft engaging social media content that turns casual scrollers into loyal followers
Work harmoniously with other departments to align our content efforts with our grand company goals
Analyze data like a digital detective to track content performance and make magic happen
Stay on the pulse of social media trends, adopting the coolest practices before they become mainstream
Edit podcast episodes and repurpose podcast content into short-form content for social media
Strategic and Analytical Tasks:
Research and conduct benchmarking for inspiration, keeping our content fresh and innovative
Craft ingenious content strategies alongside clients to hit their targets and make their dreams come true
Plan and execute content campaigns that are more captivating than a viral TikTok dance
Channel your inner data wizard to create and analyze organic performance reports
Collaborate with marketing minds to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategies
Be the storyteller, providing our customer success team with regular updates on content wins and viral victories
Manage social media profiles (scheduling, posting, answering comments, updating profiles, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor/Content Creator or in a similar role that showcases your visual storytelling prowess
A bachelor's degree in film, digital media, or a related field is preferred. If no degree, blow us away with your portfolio of successful projects and viral hits
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create trendsetting, engaging content across various platforms
Exceptional creativity with an instinct for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends
Stellar copywriting skills that can turn a caption into a call-to-action
Fluency in English that would make Shakespeare proud
Analytical skills to interpret content performance data and translate it into actionable insights
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining your cool and your creativity
