SACOOR BROTHERS is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our prestigious stores in DUBAI, UAE.
The Role

You will be responsible for:
Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related to store design project management.
Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
Providing teams with guidance on correct material usage or samples that are locally obtainable and matched to store design guidelines.
Coaching staff on VM execution.
Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow.
Ideal Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience including solid experience as a Visual Merchandiser within Luxury Fashion Retail.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
