This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing OEM relationships, strategic planning, and executing high-impact projects.Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM strategy to identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key OEMsBuild strong relationships with OEM partners to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaborationDrive revenue growth through OEM channels by leveraging existing relationships and creating new opportunitiesLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives that support company goals and objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for new market penetration, product development, or other growth initiativesEvaluate market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and initiativesDevelop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics for OEM partnerships and strategic initiativesDrive initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets, while ensuring profitability and sustainabilityWork closely with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to align OEM strategies with overall business objectivesProvide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives across departmentsConduct market analysis, including competitive benchmarking, to identify trends, opportunities, and threats relevant to OEM partnerships and strategic initiativesUse insights to recommend and implement adjustments to strategies and tactics as neededThis position has direct supervisory responsibility for the OEM department, to include OEM relationship managers and support personnelWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in OEM partner sales, channel management, or account management5+ years of experience interpreting/executing strategy and leading people/processes to achieve business goalsStrong understanding of OEM business models with proven success in driving revenue growth through OEM channelsDemonstrated implementation and management of modern consultative sales methodologiesBonus PointsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated success in managing OEM relationships and executing strategic initiatives specific to the powersports / recreational vehicle industriesSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go bigTI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
