Job Description
Work term : Permanent, Full-time
The Regional Strategy Lead is responsible for contributing in-market knowledge and insight to the development of strategies and brand building capabilities.
This requires expertise in research methods, competitive landscape analysis, positioning, creative brief and creative concept development, and communication strategy and message development.
This role plays a critical role in driving new business growth and pitching narratives.
This role provides strategic leadership and continuity to the team and client.
Collaborating closely with the Global Strategy lead, this role would function as Strategy lead for the team and clients as we grow and scale our strategic expertise in LATAM.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Learns and utilizes Klick's proprietary frameworks and strategic processes to deliver differentiated, value-added strategic work.
Partners with regional MD to provide leadership in business development efforts.
Develops Brand Beacon, Provocation, Brand Building Workshops, etc.
Adapts Klick's brand building templates and frameworks to meet client needs.
Works in close partnership with Global Strategy lead to develop strategy work.
Forms deep relationships and partnerships with Creative, Account Management, Medical Strategy, and Science & Regulatory teams.
Develops relationships with day-to-day clients.
Serves as a thought leader internally and externally on dynamics, specific market needs, audience needs, and audience preferences.
Stays in close contact with North American based strategy leads and other global strategy leaders in other regions—attends Klick global strategy meetings and worldwide strategy sessions.
Ensures quality work/makes time to coach and brainstorm with reports.
Helps to evaluate talent team-wide and determine promotion readiness.
Participates in recruiting and interviewing for the team.
Contributes to the development and management of scopes of work and staffing plans.
Manages workflow, anticipates/manages resource spikes related to brand building projects.
Connects strategy team to in-market freelance resources, research vendors, and recruiters.
Helps to adapt Klick's culture to the local and in-office culture of the hub.
Uses regional contacts to help grow relationships with potential clients and identify and secure new business opportunities.
