Position Summary We're seeking a full-time Planning Specialist for our Guarulhos-based Warehouse office.
As a Planning Specialist Partner at SHEIN, you will work with different leaders to leverage your expertise, helping them build up a stronger team.
You will be responsible for the full management cycle for various business groups including logistics, warehouse as well as functional team.
Job Responsibilities Forecast goods demand based on sales data, production plans, and inventory status.
Develop receiving, storage, and shipping plans for the warehouse to meet business needs.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Set reasonable safety stock levels and reorder points to optimize inventory turnover rates.
Receive and process inbound and outbound orders from various departments.
Arrange picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Plan warehouse space, labor, equipment, and other resources to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
Collect and analyze warehouse operation data, such as inventory changes and order fulfillment status.
Generate regular reports to update management on the execution of warehouse plans and identify any issues.
Participate in optimizing warehouse management processes and operational standards to improve efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with the procurement department on purchasing plans and delivery schedules.
Communicate with the sales department regarding shipping arrangements to meet customer demands.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics; Postgraduate/MBA degree desirable; Experience in Logistics Operations working in logistics planning areas (S&OP, S&OE, demand, etc.
); Knowledge of tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Teradata or Tableau and Six Sigma certification will be a plus; Have worked in project and/or process leadership, operations knowledge, people leadership; Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
