We are an international company specializing in the manufacturing and sale of tools is seeking a new member for its logistics and warehouse team.
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role some of your responsibilities will be:
Train, develop, and appraise the warehouse team both individually and collectively
Lead the delivery of warehouse management activities (performance monitoring, process improvements) and ensuring the daily/weekly plan is executed in accordance with SLAs.
Ensure delivery of the relevant KPIs
Manage the productivity in terms of system performance, cost centre management, people management and operations identifying opportunities for cost reductions and potential new revenue streams
Ensure implementations and maintenance of internal standards in accordance with business process management and continuous improvement process
Work closely cross department with Distribution, Materials Management, Transport and Customer Service to ensure we consistently deliver upon the customers satisfaction.
Manage LEAN activities in the Warehouse to develop and maintain quality process improvements and supply chain efficiencies.
Ensure all processes are aligned with our H&S policy, HSE guidelines and eliminate any potential risks or hazards
You'll fit to the role if you:
Have a degree in Logistics, Industrial engineering or some related areas
Are familiarized with some agile methodologies
Use SAP as a user
Have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles
Some experience in managing logistics providers
Availability to work at least 2 days on site
English or Spanish fluency it's a must
