Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. The position reports to the Business Line PSD Manager WIT.Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.Roles and Responsibilities:Perform servicePrepare field deliverablesRemove and secure resourcesDeploy and position resourcesPrepare resourcesVerify resourcesCapture field dataObtain customer acceptance of the deliveryAssess and reconcile resourcesImplement risk responsePrepare final job deliverablesDeliver and archive final job productsPrepare supporting documentation for the job invoiceVerify and prepare resources at product line locationEnsure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on timeResponsible for service delivery executionParticipate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programsDevelop customer contacts to promote company products and servicesEnsure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool, self-assessments, and wellsite inspectionsParticipate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plansParticipate in HSE and Quality initiativesWear PPE and observe HSE policiesMinimum Requirements:Completed Technical Course (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, electromechanics, etc.) is requiredAt least one year of experience in Cementing as Field Specialist/Lead Cementer is requiredCFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais) active is requiredAvailable to work in different states of Brazil where SLB is operatingCandidates must be ready with all the required paperwork to legally work and reside in Brazil, without sponsorshipIntermediate English or higher is desired, not mandatory
