Job Title: Web Designer / Graphic Designer Position Description: We are seeking a talented Web Designer with graphic design capabilities to join our team in supporting our client, a creative agency dedicated to empowering small businesses and non-profits. In this role, you will leverage your design skills to craft compelling digital and print assets, develop cohesive brand identities, and create user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing creative vision with needs and timelines. Part-time position with potential for full-time transition by April. Flexible work hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Key Responsibilities: Brand Development Develop cohesive visual identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography guides. Present initial concepts and deliver refined assets aligned with client feedback. Digital Design Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and web banners. Ensure assets are optimized for various platforms and devices. Print Design Create layouts for brochures, event materials, and other print deliverables. Coordinate with print vendors to maintain quality and adhere to specifications. Creative Collaboration Work closely with writers, project managers, and clients to meet strategic goals. Share innovative ideas and contribute to team brainstorming sessions. Efficiency and Organization Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates. Streamline workflows to improve design efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in web or graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with CMS software such as Duda, Elementor, Wix, or similar platforms. Experience with collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, Loom, or Google Drive. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Commitment to inclusive and thoughtful design practices. English proficiency at a B2 or higher level. Bonus Points For: Agency or freelance design experience. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Experience working with non-profits or small businesses. Compensation: Competitive base salary paid weekly in USD or Local Currency according to Discretionary performance-based bonuses. Company Policies: American holidays off (unpaid for the first three months). After three months: 5 PTO days per year (part-time), 10 PTO days per year (full-time). Unpaid, unlimited sick leave with a doctor's note.
