Your primary focus will be on creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs for landing pages, funnels, and other key touch points in the customer journey.
Your designs will be instrumental in creating seamless and persuasive user experiences that guide visitors towards desired actions.
Over time, you'll become a key player in the development of new customer journeys, working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team to create designs that significantly improve our Lead > Sale conversion rate.This is a full-time remote role.Must-haves3+ years of experience designing high performing landing pages and websites.Strong command of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.Proficient in implementing designs using Webflow.Proven ability to work closely with CRO, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand optimization goals and translate them into impactful designs.You have experience in fast-paced environments and work fast!Nice to HaveFamiliarity with conversion rate optimization principles and techniques.Experience designing for A/B and multivariate tests.Understanding of how design impacts the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention.Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
