Job Overview
We are actively looking for a Website Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in website project management and excellent communication and client management skills.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize the workflow of website projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track project progress against these parameters.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design, functionality, and performance standards.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in website design, development, and project management.
Qualifications
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in website management, with a proven track record of successfully managing website projects.
PMO, PMP Certification.
Proven experience working with Shopify.
Charismatic and able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Experience working in an agency environment is preferable.
Experience working with American clientele is a plus.
