The ideal candidate will have a technical background and possess strong digital marketing acumen to work closely with our Web Design & Development team. This is a client-facing role, and our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and frequent updates to bring their goals to reality.Responsibilities:Create detailed project plans outlining deadlines and action items for every phase of website development and design from inception to final delivery.Lead daily or weekly team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the desired appearance and functionalities of websites.Conceptualize the website design process and collaborate closely with development and design teams.Lead the design process by working with graphic designers, writers, and web developers to ensure a cohesive vision.Develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces by integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins.Conduct rigorous troubleshooting and testing prior to deployment, monitoring the live deployment of the website to address any issues promptly.Facilitate suitable interventions to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of the project.Follow the project scope from proposal to technical work-up, quality control, feedback loop, and final delivery.Document website development processes and procedures for future reference and improvement.Prepare and present project progress updates for clients on a weekly basis.Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project, implementing testing processes and collaborating with technical staff.Stay abreast of developments and trends in website design and development, incorporating innovative practices into projects.Keep projects on budget or below, always putting the partner (client) first.Put together comprehensive SOWs for new projects with a 90% accuracy of scope hours based on investigation, experience, and research.Qualifications:Must-Haves:5+ years' experience working in a technical project management role within an agency setting handling multiple clients simultaneously (8-12).5+ years' experience working with e-commerce and D2C brands.Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Figma, WooCommerce, and WordPress is an absolute must.
