This opportunity is also available for people with disabilities (PwD).Job Duties and QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.4 or more years of well services/intervention experience is preferred.Experience in Well Intervention and Abandonment.Well Control Certificate is preferred.Experience in Integrated Projects.Supervisory experience and exposure to multi-discipline operations is preferred.Advanced English is required.Spanish is preferred.CREA is required.ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision, the Well Engineer is responsible for:Integrated Well Intervention engineering proposals and Integrated Design of Services.Provides Operation Plans, prepares Programs, and ensures the technical integrity of operations planning and execution.Responsible for day-to-day operations monitoring. Participates in risk assessments, forecasts, and plans medium- and long-term needs to meet program requirements, anticipating operational changes and needs.Prepares equipment lists and identifies long-lead items.Ensures effective communication within the project.Performs engineering studies to solve recurring issues.Prepares End-of-Well reports and contributes to knowledge management.Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
